The property is rented on a Saturday - Saturday basis - arrival after 2pm, departure by noon. The villa is fully heated with 16 hydronic units and an open fire and is available all year round. The studio, with its 30 foot ceiling defies heating and is only available during summer months.

Price is inclusive of power and heating and all linen. Winter and long-term rentals are negotiable. Deposit is 25% of the total price, with the balance being payable two months prior to date of occupancy. If you book less than two months from rental period the entire amount is due upon booking. Cancellations will only be refunded if we can rebook the weeks cancelled. Payment, less a small handling fee, will only be made after we receive full payment from the new clients. In the event that it is not possible to refund a deposit, a credit of half the value of the deposit paid will be allowed towards any future booking, once only. Any refunds and credits are only given if 120 days (4 months) notice has been given of the cancellation. Any changes of dates will be according to availability or considered a cancellation if new dates requested are not available. Clients are advised to take out travel insurance at least six weeks prior to their departure.

In lieu of a security deposit guests are asked to leave the property in pristine condition for future guests. The rental does not include cleaning and our managers can arrange cleaning help at your cost if requested. Basic cleaning items are left at the beginning of the season and guests are also requested to replace items used. You are asked to guarantee to be responsible for any breakages and damages caused by yourself or your guests or any theft from the property if not correctly secured and will pay the owners any reasonable amount for loss during your tenancy. All damage and breakages must be reported to our managers.

All guests receive a 72 page Information for Guests booklet with directions, details on how the house works, services and shopping and many suggestions of tourist destinations and things to do as well as a large-scale coloured map of the immediate area prior to their departure.
